Jarrett Anderson

Jarrett Anderson is an experienced educator specializing in language instruction, currently serving as the French and Mandarin Teacher and the Head of the Classical and Modern Languages Department at Germantown Academy since August 2013. In this role, Jarrett also engages in advising, coaching, and diversity initiatives within the Middle School. Prior to this, Jarrett worked as a Lecturer in English at Université de Rennes 1, where a range of English courses were developed and taught. Jarrett's background includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Associate at The Ohio State University, focusing on undergraduate French language courses, and as an English Language Assistant in France, where an English curriculum was created for young learners. Jarrett holds an MA in French Language and Literature from The Ohio State University and a BA in the same field from Truman State University.
