Millie Harper

Millie Harper, CCM, currently serves as the General Manager/COO at Germantown Cricket Club since November 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant General Manager at North Ridge Country Club-Raleigh from January 2017 to November 2023 and Assistant Clubhouse Manager at Myers Park Country Club between January 2012 and December 2016. Millie's career also features positions such as Food and Beverage Director at RIVER RUN GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC., and Director of Food and Beverage at Rolling Green Country Club. In addition, Millie contributed to the Greater Chicago Club Managers Association as the Student Development Chairperson and held the role of Assistant Director of Housekeeping/Banquet Manager at the Union League Club of Chicago. Early roles include Assistant Clubhouse Manager at Westmoreland Country Club. Millie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University, obtained from 1997 to 2003.
