Jennifer C. Chandler

Dr. Jennifer Chandler is a dedicated education professional currently serving as a Middle School English Teacher at Germantown Municipal School District since July 2023. Previously, Dr. Chandler held various impactful roles within Memphis-Shelby County Schools, including Gifted & Talented Program Supervisor, where responsibilities included setting educational standards and evaluating identification methods. As a Literacy Advisor, Dr. Chandler focused on developing effective literacy curriculum and liaising with various district departments. Other positions include Educational Consultant for Learning Without Tears, Content Designer and Trainer for Teaching Lab, and a significant tenure at Scholastic contributing to gifted education. Dr. Chandler's educational background includes a Doctorate in Instructional Design from National University, with prior degrees in Elementary Education, Educational Leadership, Gifted Education, and a Master’s in Adolescent Literacy.
