Alexandra Cagol

Alexandra Cagol is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, coaching, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Chercheur Collectif at SoL France for GERME, Alexandra engages in action-research that explores Peter Senge's five disciplines of learning organizations. Alongside this role, Alexandra works as an Intervenant for GERME, providing training focused on managerial progress and cooperative strategies.
