Francis Boyer

Francis Boyer serves as a conference speaker, author, consultant, coach, and trainer in innovation management at Innovation Managériale since 2009, focusing on collaborative practices that enhance individual fulfillment and collective performance. As an expert at APM, Francis specializes in the enjoyment of work, self-awareness through the Enneagram, and the concept of co-responsibility in management. In addition, Francis contributes as an intervenant at Germe, addressing values-based management and future co-responsible management practices. As a leadership and management trainer at Adaliance since 2018, Francis enhances development in these areas. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at UNEDIC, responsible for ISO certification and HR processes; HR manager at Opera National de Paris, where recruitment processes were developed; and Head of Employment Training at Banque Transatlantique.
