Jean-François Lapierre

Jean-François LAPIERRE is a consultant in organization with extensive experience in management and quality assurance. Since April 2021, Jean-François has been providing services through LAPIERRE CONSEIL, focusing on optimizing organizational processes, quality management, change management, and regulatory aspects. Concurrently, since January 2011, Jean-François serves as an animator at GERME, promoting a humanistic approach to management among various organizations. Previously, Jean-François held the position of factory director at FITECH COMPOSITES, where significant transformations were made to enhance production efficiency. Jean-François has also served as president of the non-profit UDAPIA and has held key roles in quality management at Malterre and HALBOUT. Jean-François holds an engineering degree from ESITE and has pursued extensive education in textile arts and electrotechnics.
