Ludovic MOUROCQ is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and leadership coaching. Since January 2022, Ludovic serves as a co-founder and associate at SYS'MIC, focusing on coaching organizations and leaders. In parallel, from January 2012, involvement with Germe includes roles as a group facilitator and group president, enhancing managerial progress in the Nantes region. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Quality for Hexcel Corporation's aerospace division from July 2011 to December 2019 and holding production management positions at Richel Group and Crown Holdings, Inc. Ludovic's educational background includes an engineering degree from Icam, professional coaching training from FAROS Institut, and studies at The University of Manchester.
