Nathalie Guigues

Nathalie Guigues is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational development. Since March 2013, Nathalie has served as an Animatrice at Germe, a group focused on training and reflection in management. Nathalie has been the Dirigeante of Reconnessens since 2009, providing consultancy and training services in human resources. With a strong academic background, Nathalie co-managed the Master in Sociology and Organizational Development from 2009 to 2022 and has worked as an intervenante at IGS-RH and CNED, delivering modules on training policies and change management.
