Philippe Beauge

Philippe BEAUGE has extensive experience in management and training, currently serving as Animateur at Germe since September 2020 and Associé Consultant formateur at GRM Management since November 2018. Previously, Philippe held the position of Directeur de territoire at Adapei de Loire-Atlantique from May 2009 to July 2018, overseeing multi-site management and multidisciplinary teams, and facilitating project management and organizational changes. Philippe also worked as Directeur adjoint at CENTRE EDUCATIF RENE DE TREMEAC from February 2005 to April 2009, focusing on the reintegration of youth into society and professional life.
