Xavier Perche

Xavier PERCHE currently serves as an animateur at Germe, le réseau de progrès des managers, since October 2020, focusing on advanced managerial training for experienced managers across France. Since January 2017, Xavier has also been the gérant of SAS Agroland, a company specializing in natural ingredients and commodities for the fertilization and animal feed industries, which has been actively sourcing innovative solutions throughout Europe for 25 years. Previously, from November 2014 to June 2015, Xavier held the position of Directeur Adjoint at Grand Ouest Etiquettes, overseeing various domains including B2B commerce, purchasing, IT, production, QHSE, maintenance, management, and human resources. Earlier career experience includes roles as Directeur Adjoint, Ingénieur Commercial, and Ingénieur de recherche at BIO3G, a company focused on the creation and commercialization of innovative natural solutions in France, Switzerland, and Europe. Academically, Xavier PERCHE holds a degree in agriculture from ESA, L'Ecole supérieure des agricultures, and a Bachelor of Science in Agrifood and Environment from the University of Wyoming.
