Paulo Egidio de Lima

Paulo Egidio de Lima is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, digital transformation, and corporate sales management. Currently, Paulo works at GRUPO NC as part of the Novos Canais e Transformação Digital team since December 2022, and has been with Germed Pharma since October 2020 as Gerente de Novos Canais, focusing on the development of new channels. Prior to these roles, Paulo spent over two decades at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities included managing corporate sales, franchise operations, customer relations, consumer services, and leading Six Sigma projects for cost optimization and process improvement. Paulo holds an MBA in Gestão e Engenharia de Produtos from USP, a specialization in Empreendedorismo from FGV, and a postgraduate degree in Serviços from SENAC.
