Allison DeLaney

Allison Delaney (formerly Allison Flitter) is the Senior Manager, of Recruiting Operations at Germer International. She has been with GI since January 2017. Since 2017, she has placed candidates in various areas of the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industry including Microbiology, Biologics Development, Formulation, Tech Ops, Legal/Compliance and Project Management.

Allison is a Villanova University graduate with a Master’s Certificate in American Government and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Theology and Peace and Justice minor.

As a player for the Varsity Field Hockey team at Villanova for 4 years, Allison’s love for sports and staying active has continued into her professional life. She spent a summer completing the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults Run across the Country 4K where she ran while spreading awareness about young adults with cancer and interacting with patients across the country. In her free time, she also enjoys being outside with her husband and their dog, Murphy.
