Sean Rodgers

Sean Rodgers began their career in 2011 as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at Edgewell Personal Care. In 2012 they moved to Gambro as a Laboratory Technician 1. In 2013 they joined Baxter International Inc. as a Laboratory Technician 2, where they performed both Chemistry and Microbiology Quality Control Laboratories testing for raw materials, in-process, and finished drug product samples. Sean also authored and executed instrument, equipment, and method validations, and coordinated all stability studies for the site. In 2017, they joined B. Braun Medical Inc. (US) as a Quality Control Supervisor - Microbiology, where they supervised a team of analysts responsible for routine quality control testing, approved standard operating procedure updates and new equipment, instrument, and method qualifications, and coordinated all lab purchasing and outside calibration activities. Sean also held the role of Microbiologist II, performing quality control testing of in-process and sterilized pharmaceutical drug products and monitoring water for injection systems and manufacturing cleanrooms. In 2022, they joined Germfree as a CQV Validation Engineer.

Sean Rodgers attended Rollins College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology, General.
