Manon Serda

Manon Serda is a seasoned professional in human resources with experience spanning various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Chargée RH at Germitec S.A. since February 2022, Manon previously worked as Chargée de projet RH at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE from September 2020 to February 2022, and as Assistante RH at Tessi and Boehringer Ingelheim between August 2018 and September 2020. An earlier role as Chargée de recrutement at D2L Group occurred from September 2017 to March 2018, following a brief stint in street marketing at GLOBE Groupe in 2015. Manon holds a Master’s degree in Responsible Human Resources from CESI École Supérieure de l’Alternance and a Bachelor’s degree in HR management from Formasup Campus, along with a BTS in Commercial Management from ISTEF. Education was completed with a Baccalauréat in Literature from Sainte Marie de Nevers.
