Katherine Harmon

Katherine Harmon, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and finance roles. Currently serving as Senior Director, Finance & Assistant Controller at Geron Corporation since March 2022, Katherine has held multiple positions including Director and Assistant Controller. Prior to this, Katherine worked at Gilead Sciences as Associate Director of Corporate Accounting following the acquisition of Immunomedics, where similar duties were performed. Experience ranges from management and consulting roles at CFGI to audit positions at Deloitte and ParenteBeard LLC. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University, earned in 2013.
