Crystal Irwin

Crystal Irwin, PACE, currently serves as the Digital Programs & Marketing Coordinator at the Gerontological Society of America (GSA) since September 2024, focusing on the design and management of digital programs and marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Crystal held various positions, including Program Coordinator at the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) from October 2015 to September 2024, and has experience as a Training and Development Research Associate at ORAU (2008-2009), Continuing Education Coordinator at ISPE (2005-2008), Reader and Test Scorer at Measurement Incorporated (2004-2005), and Team Leader at Connor Concepts, Inc. (1997-2004). Crystal earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2001.
