Mihaela Rosu

Mihaela Rosu currently serves as the Quality Control Manager at GEROSA GROUP since January 2024. Previously, Mihaela held the position of Quality Innovation Manager at BAT from August 2022 to December 2023, focusing on new product qualification, project management, and the establishment of procedures. Prior to that, Mihaela worked as Quality Manager at Sandhar Technologies Romania and as Quality, Safety and Environment Manager at DELFINGEN, where responsibilities included customer quality management, supplier quality assurance, and safety assessments. Mihaela's earlier experience includes roles as Supply Chain Manager and Quality Manager at Delfingen Ro-Valahia, and Project Manager at Suleve Auto Componente. Mihaela holds an Engineer's degree in Petroleum, Petrochemistry and Carbochemistry from Petroleum-Gas University, obtained in 2005.
