Benjamin Benning is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in defining and implementing global IT strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Global Director of IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace at Gerresheimer since August 2021, Benjamin leads initiatives in IT infrastructure, digital workplace solutions, and cybersecurity, ensuring alignment with business strategies. Prior roles include Global Director of IT Business Units at Gerresheimer, Head of IT at Caramba Holding GmbH, and Head of IT at alnamic AG, among others, where Benjamin successfully managed IT services, developed KPI frameworks, and oversaw significant organizational transformations. Benjamin holds multiple degrees in informatics and business management from Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie Essen and has a foundational certification as an IT system electronics technician.
