With extensive experience in IT service operations, including a significant tenure at Vodafone where Pedro managed the IT service operations for M-PESA, Pedro has a robust background in cloud acceleration and marketing technology consulting. Pedro holds a Master's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém.
