Gunnar Schmitz

Gunnar Schmitz currently serves as the Global Head of SAP Finance & Operations & CRM at Gerresheimer since April 2022. Prior to this role, Gunnar held various positions at Vaillant Group Business Services GmbH, including Team Leader and Process Owner for Group IT - Record to Report from January 2015 to April 2022. Gunnar's earlier experience includes a managerial position in Business Consulting SAP Finance at PwC from October 2010 to December 2014 and a Senior Consultant role in SAP FI/CO at IDS Scheer from March 2007 to October 2010. Gunnar began the career as a Management Trainee at Thyssen Schulte GmbH and also worked as a Trainee at Seidensticker Overseas Ltd. and as an Industrial Management Assistant at Ehlebracht AG. Gunnar holds a degree in Business Administration from Universität Paderborn.
