Laura Faude

Laura Faude currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Attraction & Acquisition and Global Manager of Organizational & People Development at Gerresheimer since August 2019. Prior to this role, Laura worked at ALDI SÜD from August 2015 to August 2019 as HR Manager specializing in Organizational Development and as an HR Specialist in Personalentwicklung. Laura's career began at SCG Schiel Consulting as a Management Consultant from November 2012 to May 2015. Educationally, Laura holds a Master of Arts in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Hochschule Fresenius (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Hochschule Fresenius (2007-2010), along with certification as an Integrativer Business Coach from RAUEN Coaching (2018-2019).
