Rejane Mohn serves as the Senior HR & HSE Manager at Gerresheimer since April 2022, focusing on regional HR strategy for over 700 employees in Brazil, encompassing organizational development, talent planning, and culture change, as well as labor negotiations. In addition, Rejane holds the position of Diretora de Desenvolvimento e Expansão at AAPSA and is a member of Open Mind Brazil. Previous experience includes leading HR functions at CIVITT - Europa Comercial LTDA and holding managerial HR roles at COSENTINO GROUP BRASIL. Rejane's educational background includes multiple MBA degrees in HR Management, Negotiation, and Financial Management from prestigious institutions, along with additional relevant certifications.
