Alec Shankman is a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry, currently serving as Co-Managing Partner for Alternative Programming, Licensing & Digital Media at A3 Artists Agency since February 2014. With extensive experience in packaging reality-based and digital programming, Alec has represented a diverse range of clients including producers, on-air talent, celebrities, brands, and tech companies. Previous roles include Co-Head of Alternative Programming & Digital Media at Kaplan Stahler Agency and Co-Founder & CEO of GotCast.com, the largest interactive casting platform in Hollywood. Early career milestones also include leading the Alternative Programming & New Media Department at Abrams Artists Agency and overseeing business development at Swapalease.com. Alec holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University, completed in 2002.
