Hyerin Kim

Hyerin Kim is an accomplished Application Chemist at GERSTEL GmbH & Co.KG, specializing in MOSH MOAH analysis, hydrocarbon determination using the H53-Method, and 3-MCPD analysis since November 2021. Previously, Hyerin served as a Research Assistant at Universität Duisburg-Essen, focusing on membrane development for hemodialysis, and held a position in international sales and marketing at Fair Squared. Prior research assistant roles at Ewha Womans University involved projects related to contaminant tracing in mining, isotopic analysis of water vapor, hydrological network characterization in Antarctica, and isotopic hydrograph separation techniques. Hyerin holds a Master of Science in Water Science from the University of Duisburg-Essen, a Master of Science in Environmental Geochemistry, and a Bachelor of Science in Science Teacher Education from Ewha Womans University, as well as experience as an exchange student in Geochemistry at Ruhr University Bochum.
