Sarah Gerrity, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as HR Manager at Gertrude Hawk Chocolates since July 2019, Sarah previously held similar positions at Bridon-Bekaert The Ropes Group and as an HR Generalist in the same company. Earlier experience includes the role of Organization Development Coordinator at Elwyn and Human Resource Associate at Target. Additionally, Sarah worked as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant at T.W. Ponessa and served as Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Sarah holds a Human Resource Professional Certification from Villanova University, a Master of Education in Counselor Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Joseph's University.
