Winnie also held the position of VMMC Surgeon/Assistant Surgeon at CMMB - Healthier Lives Worldwide, managing preoperative and postoperative care, and served as a Clinical Officer at Mbagathi District Hospital, overseeing patient management in various departments. Educational qualifications include degrees in Health Systems Management from Kenya Methodist University and Clinical Medicine & Surgery from Kenya Medical Training College.
