Colton Skeen (Colt )

Colton ("Colt") Skeen is a Software Development Team Leader and Application Developer at Gesa Credit Union since July 2022. Previously, Colt served in the US Army from July 2013 to July 2022, holding various leadership roles including IT Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Deputy Director. During that time, Colt oversaw modernization projects with budgets up to $30,000, managed a $500,000 annual procurement budget, and led a team in coordinating logistics for over 100 deployments. Additionally, Colt supervised multimedia production for a team of 60 and maintained operations on equipment worth over $4 million. Colt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University, expected in February 2024, complemented by education at Galvanize Inc. and the Signal Basic Officer Leader Course.
