Prior to this, Jesús Marcos Martin co-founded Always Improving in March 2020, where Jesús served as an Enterprise Lean, Agile, and SAFe Coach. Jesús Marcos Martin has a strong background in business consulting, specializing in agility and SAFe, having previously worked at FeedBackGround. With extensive experience in coaching and management roles at Wolters Kluwer España, Jesús Marcos Martin has proven expertise in Lean, Agile, and SAFe methodologies, having played key roles in various projects and programs within the company. Jesús Marcos Martin holds a degree in Informatics from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
