Emily Bacon NPQLBC is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in special education and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Behaviour and Diversity Lead at Gesher School since June 2020, Emily focuses on fostering positive behaviour management and promoting diversity and inclusion across both primary and secondary levels. With a strong background as a Special Education Teacher, including leadership in creative arts and extracurricular planning, Emily also has experience supporting Special Educational Needs schools in Melbourne and leading teams in placing educators within SEN settings. Emily's educational credentials include a PGCE from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a degree in English from the University of Hull.

Gesher is an Ofsted Outstanding all-through school that has recently expanded into secondary provision (currently up to Year 8). At full capacity we will cater for children aged 4-16 years with a range of mild to moderate special educational needs including autism, ADHD, dyslexia and Down’s syndrome.
