Jeremy Cohen

Jeremy Cohen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Gesmer Updegrove LLP since January 2012. Specializing in corporate counsel for small to medium-sized businesses, Jeremy provides guidance throughout various stages of business development, including corporate formations, intellectual property protection, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Jeremy worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, focusing on major M&A projects and securities filings. Jeremy's early career included a position as Managing Editor for "America's Most Wanted," where storytelling around true crime was a significant focus. Jeremy holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BS in Chemistry from Harvard University.
