Peter Moldave

Peter Moldave is a partner at Gesmer Updegrove LLP, specializing in startup company and technology law. Prior to this, Peter worked as an in-house attorney at Apple Computer, Inc., focusing on federal securities law compliance, corporate finance transactions, and technology joint ventures. Before their time at Apple, Peter was an associate at Skadden, Arps, where Peter concentrated on corporate and securities transactions. Peter holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a B.A. in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard University.
