Sean Gilligan

Sean Gilligan is a corporate attorney with extensive experience in representing lenders, creditors, landlords, and privately-owned companies in various legal matters. Sean has been a Partner at Gesmer Updegrove LLP since February 2006 and previously held the same title at Pepe & Hazard LLP. Sean also served as the Chairman of the CBA YLS Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section. Sean holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Union College.
