Tala Alomary

Tala Alomary is currently serving as the English Second Language Coordinator at Gestalt Community Schools, focusing on teaching essential English language skills to non-native speakers. Since May 2019, Tala has also worked as a self-employed Composition Tutor, assisting students in achieving college credit through Dual Composition Courses. Previous experience includes an Americorps Vista role at Boys & Girls Clubs of America and internships in event management and athletics at the University of Mississippi. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University School of Education, alongside a CELTA certification from the University of Cambridge, and studies in Business/Commerce and English Language and Literature at the University of Mississippi.
