Francisco Javier Nieto de Santos

Francisco Javier Nieto de Santos currently serves as the Head of Advanced Analytics and AI at Gestamp, overseeing the analysis of extensive data generated by factories to enhance value in the context of Industry 4.0. Prior experience includes over 14 years at Atos in various roles, such as Associate Head of AI and Big Data Unit and Head of Advanced Parallel Computing Laboratory, where responsibilities encompassed defining research strategies, managing project proposals, and leading international projects. Additional roles at the European Software Institute and Alhena involved research in web services and web development. Francisco holds a Ph.D. in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Deusto and an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Universidad del País Vasco.
