Gilmar de Souza

Gilmar de Souza has extensive experience in production and operational roles, currently serving as Líder de produção at GESTAMP since January 2013, where responsibilities include facilitating production lines, operating hydraulic and pneumatic presses, and ensuring workplace quality and organization. Prior to this, Gilmar worked at Soluções Usiminas from 2000 to 2012, with roles that involved operating large presses, forklifts, and serving as a quality inspector.
