Gloria Ruvalcaba

Gloria Ruvalcaba has extensive experience in training coordination and production process improvement, currently serving as the Coordinador de Capacitación at Gestamp since October 2015. In this role, Gloria manages both internal and external training across all levels. Prior to this position, Gloria worked as a Técnico en Capacitación, specializing in technical training related to production processes. Gloria's career also includes a role as Auxiliar en Control de Producción at UNIPRES MEXICANA SA DE CV from September 2014 to April 2015. Gloria holds a degree in Ingeniería, Gestión industrial/de ingeniería from Instituto Tecnológico de Aguascalientes.
