María Albizu Gorbeña

María Albizu Gorbeña is a financial controller with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently working at Gestamp since September 2023, María is responsible for business consolidation, budget preparation and variance monitoring, project control, and reporting, as well as maintaining Power BI tools for the division. Prior experience includes serving as a financial controller at METALÚRGICA VAT S.A. from July 2019 to September 2023 and as a commercial manager at Kutxabank, where customer service and financial transaction assistance were key responsibilities. María also has marketing and administrative experience from a position at La Galería Marketing & Promotion, S.A. and has worked as a Euskera teacher. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Wealth Management and Private Banking from the University of the Basque Country, an Erasmus+ program in Business Administration from Louvain School of Management, and a Bachelor's and additional managerial training from the University of Deusto.
