Prashant Kanhekar

Prashant Kanhekar is an experienced operational leader with a robust background in manufacturing and high operational efficiency. Currently serving as Operational Director at Gestamp since April 2024, Prashant previously held the position of Head of Operations at Endurance Technologies Ltd., where significant improvements in plant operations were achieved, elevating the plant rating from Silver to Platinum. With a strong track record at JBM Group as Manufacturing Operations Head and at Varroc as Head of Manufacturing, Prashant has successfully mentored substantial teams, driven sales growth, and implemented operational excellence initiatives. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
