Daniel Bernacki

Daniel Bernacki has extensive experience in the produce industry, currently serving as a Senior Buyer at Get Fresh Produce since August 2011. In this role, Daniel is responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality fresh produce from the USA and Mexico, managing inventory levels, minimizing waste, negotiating contracts, and maintaining vendor relations. Prior to this, Daniel worked at Illinois Food Service Inc. from March 1995 to August 2011, holding the position of Senior Buyer and later as Owner. Daniel's expertise includes forecasting, scheduling and loading trucks, as well as educating sales teams to enhance profitability within a competitive market.
