Previously, they held the position of VP of Operations & Buyer at Central Illinois Produce for over three decades before moving to their current role at Get Fresh Produce in January 2022. Rick E. attended Parkland College from 1985 to 1987 and continued their education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 1986 to 1988.
