Ben Holt is currently the Chief People Officer at Get Golfing and serves as the Director & Consultant at Sightscreen HR. With a robust background in human resources, Ben has held various roles including HR Officer, Assistant HR Manager, and HR Manager at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, and HR Business Partner at the Confederation of British Industry. Ben's educational qualifications include a Politics degree from The University of Hull and a PGDip in Human Resource Management from Kingston University. Ben continues to contribute to organizational development and employee engagement across various sectors.
