Mohamed Emara

Mohamed Emara has had extensive work experience in the field of technical support and IT operations. Mohamed started their career in 2008 with EgyNet as a Technical Support professional, where they gained knowledge in DSLAMs and modem configurations. Mohamed then joined GET Group Holdings Ltd. in 2008 as a Technical Support Specialist, where they handled hardware and software troubleshooting. Mohamed later took on the role of Senior IT & Hardware Technical Support Engineer, responsible for the daily maintenance of IT operations and deploying features on the system. In 2016, they were promoted to Head of the Technical Department at GET Group Holdings Ltd. Emara has a strong background in network troubleshooting and hardware maintenance.
