Samar Waheed

Samar Waheed has a strong background in software development and project management. Samar started their career at DMS in 2007 as a Senior Software Developer and worked there until 2011. Samar then joined SAB Communications / Technowireless as a Senior Web Developer from 2011 to 2013. Samar continued to advance in their career at NabdaCare, where they served as a Senior Web Developer from 2013 to 2015. Samar then joined OMS as a Senior Web Developer in 2015 and stayed there until 2016. Currently, they are working at GET Group Holdings Ltd., where they have held the roles of Software Team Lead since 2016 and Project Manager since February 2018.

Samar Waheed obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ain Shams University between 2003 and 2007. During the same period, they also earned another Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences with a focus on Management Information Systems, General from Computer and Information University. In terms of additional certifications, Samar completed the PMP® Certification Training Course at Yalla PMP in May 2021. In July 2019, they completed a course called "Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset" at the MINDS Training Centre.
