Nicole Mills has had a varied professional career spanning over a decade. In 2009, they began their career as a Property Manager at Schatten Properties Mgt Co. In 2016, they became an Independent Business Owner of Paint-A-Way with Nicole Mills, providing painting classes to individuals looking for something fun to do. That same year, they also began their role as a Virtual Business Specialist, providing freelance assistance work including administrative and technical support, research, data entry, creative design and planning, and marketing content creation and implementation. In 2018, they became a Virtual Manager at The Inside Story, LLC, a team of virtual assistants with the purpose of helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and consultants thrive. In 2022, they began their role as a Program Coordinator at Hailey Group. Most recently, in 2023, they took on the role of Chief of Staff at Get Hyped, supporting the cofounders in their roles and handling day-to-day items and leading planning processes.
