Group Fitness Instructor at Get In Shape For Women

Rachel Spielberg is a dedicated educator and fitness professional with extensive experience in teaching and coaching. Currently a Physical Education Teacher at Wachusett Public Schools since September 2021, Rachel instructs K-8 students in health and wellness using a variety of games and fitness lessons. Rachel has also served as a Group Fitness Instructor at Get In Shape For Women since August 2016, focusing on improving strength and endurance for women in small group settings. Previous roles include a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Framingham Public Schools, an ABA Inclusion Tutor at Leominster Public Schools, and various coaching positions in rowing at both the University of Massachusetts Amherst and White Rock Rowing. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Studies from Smith College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Get In Shape For Women’s unique body transformation program guarantees results! Get In Shape For Women offers small group personal training for women. 1 personal trainer works with 1 to 4 women at a time in a private upscale studio for as little as $21/session. Each session will consist of 30 minutes of weight training, 25 minutes of cardio, along with nutrition coaching and weekly weigh-ins, for a complete balanced fitness program that produces amazing results!
