Rick de Blaby

Rick de Blaby is an experienced executive in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman at Get Living since February 2017. Previously, Rick held the position of Chief Executive Officer at United House Group from July 2014 to January 2017, where Rick was instrumental in restructuring the company and divesting its construction and regeneration businesses. Rick's earlier roles include Chief Executive at MEPC Limited, and Commercial Managing Director at Countryside Properties PLC, overseeing commercial development and mixed-use regeneration activities. Additionally, Rick served as Director at Trafalgar House Developments, managing commercial development across the UK. Rick de Blaby holds a BSc in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and has a foundational education from Bromsgrove School.
