Dr Kshama Bhatia MLE℠ has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dr Kshama is currently the Co-Founder & Partner at Soli Kapadia International Llp since 2023, where they are involved in entertainment, event management, and promotion of performing artists. In 2020, they co-founded EdSanta Education as the Co-Founder President. Dr Bhatia also has experience as a Co-Founder at Hrxl 360, where they built an online portal and marketplace for L&D solutions and recruitment. Dr Kshama served as the Executive Director at TRINITY FRUCTA LIMITED in 2015 and held administrative roles at the Academy of Human Excellence in Mexico in 2013. Dr Bhatia was the Founding Partner & Director at the Academy of Human Excellence and the Joint Managing Director and Director at Vinpack India Pvt Ltd, where they worked as the Operational Head. Dr Kshama was also a Founding Partner at Corpret Fox, a consultancy focusing on leadership development. Additionally, Dr Kshama Bhatia served as a Director at Food Connection and as the President of Corporate Connections Global, LLC from 2018-2020.

Dr Kshama holds a Ph.D in International Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, where they specialized in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions and Privatizing of Public Sector Enterprise. Additionally, they obtained an MBA from the University of Leeds, focusing on Human Resources and International Finance.

Dr. Bhatia also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, with a specialization in HR and Accounting. Furthermore, they acquired a Diploma in Hotel Management and Food Technology from Sophia College.
