Amy Elquest

Amy Elquest has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Amy began their career as a Director and Coordinator at LCC Theatre Company, where they participated in various roles in theatre productions and directed actors. Amy also wrote original scripts that were produced on stage.

In 2012, Amy joined LA County as part of the Manager Trainee Program. During this program, they gained practical experience in various County departments, including Human Resources and the Chief Executive Office, where they worked on assignments related to recruitment, organizational development, and budget operations.

Following their time at LA County, Amy worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Wingman LegalTech. Amy developed expertise in specialty industries and implemented customer acquisition strategies through email marketing, social media, and content creation.

In 2017, Amy joined Click Marketing Co. as a Marketing Director. In this role, they led digital marketing and public relations strategies, designed WordPress websites, and analyzed advertising campaign results to enhance online strategies.

Amy's most recent position was at OpenWater, where they held multiple roles within the Event Cloud Department. As an Implementation Specialist, they onboarded clients and provided software training. Amy then became a Project Manager, leading the department during the high demand caused by Covid-19. Amy later became the Team Lead and managed a team of Implementation Specialists. Currently, they serve as the Operations and Training Lead, balancing the interests of stakeholders and improving workflows within the department using project management tools.

Amy Elquest earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Global Studies from UCLA. The specific timeframe for their education is unknown.
