Sarvjeet Kaur

Sarvjeet Kaur has a diverse work experience spanning across various sectors. Sarvjeet has been working as the Head of Product at GetProven since 2020. Prior to this, they were the Tech Platform Manager at Virohan Institute of Health & Management Sciences from 2019. From 2017 to 2016, they held the roles of Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at The Glitch, Project Manager at The Vault Show (Omaxe Group) and Project Manager at Supplified (Omaxe Group). From 2015 to 2014, they were the Hiring Manager at Spinny, Project Manager and HR Associate Manager at Codebibber, and HR Intern at Agri King Tractors & Equipments Pvt. Ltd. During their roles, they were responsible for a variety of tasks such as meeting clients to fetch requirements, preparation of concept notes and proposals, looking over product development, recruitment, payroll, employee records maintenance, employee grievance, training and development, HR policies, and exit/separation process.

Sarvjeet Kaur has a diverse educational background. From 2009 to 2014, they attended the University Institute of Engineering and Technology, where they earned a BE-MBA, with a BE in Computer Science and an MBA in HR and Finance. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2009, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they earned a Senior Secondary High School degree. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Coursera in 2022, one in Corruption and one in Global Trends for Business and Society, both from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania Online.
