Sarah Marson has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Sarah started their career as a Market Research Executive at Morris-Hargreaves-McIntyre, where they managed research projects for clients in various sectors. Sarah then joined La Redoute UK and Redcats PPR as part of their Customer Development / CRM - Graduate Programme, where they were responsible for the development of the brand in the UK market and managed customer retention activities. Sarah then moved on to Findel Education, where they held roles as Marketing Director and Head of Brand Marketing, leading a large team and implementing multiple brand strategies. In 2022, they founded their own start-up brand, Anything But Ordinary Ltd, specializing in colorful clothing and statement accessories. Currently, Sarah is the Head of Marketing at Get Set UK.

Sarah Marson obtained a degree in Digital Transformation at The University of Salford in 2018. Prior to that, they received a Bsc (hons) degree in Business & Marketing with a 2:1 grade at the same university in 2004. In 2003, they completed an HND in Business & Finance at The University of Salford as well.
